Welcome to Ayodhya, a place nestled on the serene banks of the Sarayu River is celebrated as the birthplace of Lord Rama. On arrival, we will take you to your hotel where you can take rest and then get ready to explore the city. We will start our sightseeing by visiting the magnificent Ram Mandir, a breathtaking architectural masterpiece that embodies devotion and heritage. This place is said to be the birthplace of Lord Ram and plays an important role in Hindu mythology. We will continue our exploration with a visit to Hanuman Garhi, Ayodhya's second most famous temple. Next, we will head to the splendid Kanak Bhawan, a palace believed to have been gifted to Devi Sita by Kaikeyi after her marriage to Lord Rama. In the evening witness the breathtaking aarti ceremony on the Sarayu river before heading back to your hotel.
Post breakfast, check out and embark on a captivating journey to Varanasi, with a stopover in Prayagraj. Upon reaching Prayagraj, observe the Triveni Sangam, where the holy rivers Ganga, Yamuna, and the mythical Saraswati confluence. Experience a serene boat ride at the Sangam and immerse yourself in the profound spiritual experience, as it is believed that taking a dip in these sacred waters washes away all sins and frees you from the cycle of rebirth. Continue your journey to the timeless city of Varanasi, often referred to as the spiritual capital of India. Spend your evening at leisure, exploring the vibrant surroundings or simply relaxing.
We will have an early morning breakfast today and then visit the Kashi Vishwanath temple - one of the 12 Jyotirlingas dedicated to Lord Shiva. On the outside, the temple is adorned with intricate carvings that impart a divine quality to the facade. Later visit the Shree Kaal Bhairav Temple, it is believed to be the kotwal (Chief police officer) of Kashi and a visit to Kashi is considered incomplete if you don’t go here. In the evening take a beautiful boat-ride whilst listening to the boatsman telling you about the history and culture of Varanasi. The old buildings, ashrams and places along the river side look as colourful as a rainbow when the sun light hits them. Get ready for the magical Ganga Aarti, it is the most beautiful and calming experience you will ever get. Later, explore Varanasi's lively markets, where the city's vibrant energy will uplift you. Treat yourself to tasty CHAAT and the famous BANARASI PAAN for a flavorful Varanasi experience. Come back to the hotel, dinner and stay in the hotel.
Embark on a journey to Sarnath after a delightful breakfast, where Gautama Buddha first imparted his teachings marking the genesis of the Buddhist Sangha. We will visit Dhamekh stupa complex, where the excavated ruins are located. It's set in a landscaped park and contains the well-preserved Dhamekh Stupa (at the spot where the Buddha is believed to have delivered his first sermon), followed by Sarnath Archaeological Museum with interesting artifacts dating from the 3rd century B.C. to the 12th century A.D. Lastly, visit the Thai temple and monastery which is renowned for its 80-foot-tall stone Buddha statue, claimed to be the largest in India. Enjoy the evening leisurely with dinner and stay at hotel.
Enjoy the most beautiful morning at Assi Ghat and experience the famous Subah - e - Banaras. Kashi slowly grows on you and by the end of the trip you are left with a feeling of “wanting to stay more” Come back to the hotel after a captivating morning and get ready to say goodbye to your new friends. We will drop you to the Varanasi airport/railway station with lots of memories and in the hope to see you again soon.
Our Refund Policy: What can be refunded? Some tours may require a minimum number of travellers to operate. The affected traveller will be fully refunded or may choose a similar tour product as a substitute. Should this occur, it would be under very rare circumstances because we try our best to accommodate travellers. Please note that the product substitute chosen by the traveller may be more expensive than the original product and therefore may be subject to an additional cost. Any additional refunds based on extenuating circumstances will depend on the individual tour operator. What cannot be Refunded? All hotel and tour schedules are arranged ahead of time. Any person failing to appear on the day of departure will not be refunded. No refund will be given for any portions of the tour unused by the traveller after tour departure regardless of circumstances. Airfare is completely non-refundable and non-changeable for tours when airfare is included in the final price. Hotel extensions and Instant Confirmation products (admission tickets, city passes, etc.) cannot be exchanged or refunded once confirmed.
