Bagdogra to Phuentsholing
Reach Bagdogra by morning flight, meet your tour buddy and the group, and we will leave for Phuentsholing (Bhutan). The scenic drive takes you through the lush foothills of North Bengal, passing through tea gardens and small towns. Upon arrival Phuentsholing, check in to your hotel. Rest after a long day and enjoy dinner. Overnight at Phuentsholing Hotel
Phuentsholing → Paro (160 km | 6–7 Hours)
Post an early breakfast, we hit the road to the charming valley town of Paro. We will visit Rinpung Dzong fortress & Ta Dzong - The national museum. Overnight at Paro Hotel
Paro – Hike to Tiger’s Nest Monastery (Taktsang)
Early morning departure for a hike to Tiger’s Nest Monastery – Bhutan’s most iconic site perched on a cliff. The round-trip hike takes around 6–7 hours. Overnight stay at Paro Hotel
Paro → Thimpu (120 km | 3.5–4 Hours)
After breakfast, begin your scenic journey to Thimphu, the capital of Bhutan. Drive through the beautiful mountain roads of southern Bhutan, passing through Gedu and Chukha. Arrive in Thimphu by evening. We will explore the Clock Tower Square followed by dinner with shopping time at Handicrafts Bazaar. Overnight stay at Thimphu Hotel
Day trip to Punakha
Day trip to Punakha where we will visit Dochula Pass, Punakha Suspension Bridge and Punakha Dzong - the most beautiful fortress of the country. Evening return to Thimphu. Overnight stay at Thimphu Hotel
Thimphu sightseeing and Phuentsholing (170 km | 6–7 Hours)
After an early breakfast, we start exploring Thimphu. We will visit Buddha Dordenma – Giant statue with valley views and Folk Heritage Museum.Post lunch we leave from Thimphu, complete the exit formalities and head to Phuentsholing. Overnight at Phuentsholing Hotel
Phuentsholing - Bagdogra Drop (End of Trip)
Post breakfast checkout and reach Bagdogra to end the trip at Bagdogra airport where you can board the flights back home & cherish the happiest country forever.
