About the trip

Kedarnath is one of the 12th Jyotirlingas, which are considered sacred shrines dedicated to Lord Shiva in Hinduism. These Jyotirlingas are believed to be self-manifested portrayals of Lord Shiva and individually hold great significance in Hindu Mythology and religious practices. Because of this deep spiritual importance, many devotees plan their journey through a Kedarnath Trip Package, a Kedarnath Tour Package From Delhi, or even a Kedarnath Group Tour Package to experience the divine aura of this sacred site. Kedarnath is nestled in the Rudraprayag District of Uttarakhand. It is elevated at an altitude of around 3,583 meters (11,755 feet) above sea level in the Himalayan range. Delhi to Guptkashi | Overnight Journey

Assemble at boarding point in Delhi - Akshardham Metro Station and meet your Trip Captain. Start an overnight journey to Guptkashi and socialize with your co-travellers.

Devprayag Sangam & Dhari Devi | Guptkashi Arrival

Enroute Guptkashi, we will take a halt at Devprayag and witness the beautiful confluence of Bhagirathi & Alaknanda rivers ultimately becoming Ganga river. Seek blessings at Dhari Devi Temple (if time permits). Further we will take a pit stop to grab a satisfying breakfast and continue our journey towards Guptkashi. After arriving in Guptkashi, check-in to our comfortable property, freshen up and have some leisure. In the evening, gather in the common area and attend the Kedarnath Yatra briefing for a seamless experience. Savour home-style cooked dinner and overnight stay.

Drive from Guptkashi to Gaurikund | Kedarnath Trek

Wake early (around 3:00 am), freshen-up & collect your packed breakfast, begin your drive from Guptkashi to Sonprayag, to avoid long queues/traffic. Head towards Sonprayag and then Gaurikund (the place from where we will start our trek to Kedarnath Dham). From Sonprayag, you have to board local transportation for Gaurikund (cost not included). Begin your 22 kms trek to Kedarnath Dham, immersing in the holy vibes and witnessing stunning Himalayan vistas enroute. After arriving at Kedarnath Temple by late evening, seek blessings, attend the evening aarti and feel the divine aura. Check-in to our guesthouse/homestay and have some leisure. Savour home-style cooked dinner and overnight stay.

Kedarnath to Gaurikund | Guptkashi Arrival

Wake up early morning to visit the Kedarnath Temple. Seek blessings at one of the most prominent shrines dedicated to Lord Shiva and amongst 12 Jyotirlinga of Lord Shiva. Witness the mesmerizing view as the sun rays falls on the snow-clad Himalayan range located behind Kedarnath Temple. Post temple visit (get done with your darshans between 7:00 - 8:00 am) and breakfast, begin your trek down to Gaurikund. Drive back to Guptkashi (you’ll have to wait at Sonprayag for all the trip members to gather, as we’ll proceed towards Guptkashi together at same time). After arriving in Guptkashi, check-in to our comfortable property and have some leisure. Feel free to stroll around and spend your rest day at leisure. Savour home-style cooked dinner and overnight stay.

Drive from Guptkashi to Delhi via Rishikesh

Wake up to a beautiful mountain morning and post breakfast, drive from Guptkashi to Delhi via Rishikesh. After arriving in Rishikesh (if time permits), self-explore the local market, go for the cafe-hopping, and visit temples and serene Ganga ghats by walking. By late night, start your overnight journey from Rishikesh to Delhi.

Other Notes:

Accommodations in Kedarnath Dham: In case of Quad and Triple Sharing Occupancy, mainly the rooms/camps will be provided with extra mattresses, not beds. No Dual Sharing applicable at Kedarnath Dham. Accommodation at Kedarnath Dham: 4 or 5 bed dormitory.
Accommodation and meals at Kedarnath are basic and no luxuries or amenities can be excepted over their unlike Guptkashi/Sitapur, since it’s a pilgrimage destination.
Offline Yatra Registrations for Kedarnath are available at Haridwar. Incase all the slots are filled, traveller has to pay INR 750 per person to obtain the Yatra Pass on the spot.
Local transportation from Sonprayag/Sitapur to Gaurikund (approx. ₹100 per person - cost not included).
Change of Plans: We reserve right to change any schedule in the interest of safety & general wellbeing as per the call taken by your Trip Captain due to weather, road conditions & other factors out of control.

Once I book a trip, how will I receive the confirmation of the payment?

Firstly, your payments are absolutely secure. Once we receive the payment, we send you a payment receipt/booking confirmation mail of the same within 24 hours of paying the amount. You need to share the screenshot of the payment with your respective sales team representative and he/she will further communicate with the finance department.
