- To cancel your tour, the lead name on the booking must provide written notice to our office.
- Cancellation charges apply as follows:
- From the booking date until 30 days prior to the departure date: 30% of the package cost.
- From 30 days to 15 days prior to the departure date: 50% of the package cost.
- From 15 days to 7 days prior to the departure date: 75% of the package cost.
- For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the departure date: 100% of the package cost.

Damage and Liability: You and your travelling party are jointly and individually liable for any damage to accommodation, furniture, or other materials. You must report any breakages, defects, or damage immediately. If your behaviour or that of your party causes a diversion, you are responsible for all related costs.
