Arrive at Bhubaneswar, the cultural capital of Odisha. After check-in and some rest visit the Odisha Crafts Museum – Kalabhoomi, a beautifully curated space showcasing the state’s vibrant handloom and handicraft heritage. Today, we will be going to Asia’s largest brackish water lake - The Chilika lake. The lake spreads across 1,100 sq km and is a winter hub of many spectacular migratory birds. Go for a boat ride and witness the Seamouth (the point where the lake meets the sea). Later, drive to Puri! Where you can spend some time relaxing at the beach! The sunset at the Puri beach is a sight to withhold. Dinner and overnight stay in Puri.

After breakfast, proceed to Konark. Today we will visit the Konark Sun temple also known as Black Pagoda. It is a UNESCO World Heritage site and was built by King Narasimhadeo in the 13th century. Konark Sun Temple is famous for its unique architecture. Its geometrical patterns and carved wheels are used to serve as sundials. We will also visit the famous Jagannath Temple which is dedicated to lord Jagannath a form of Vishnu. It is also one of the four Dhams in Hinduism and have immense importance (There is no VIP ticket for Jagannath temple, we will try our best to visit the temple when it is least crowded). Return back to the hotel and call it a day. Dinner and stay in the hotel in Puri.

Enjoy the sunrise at the Puri beach for one last time before going back to Bhubaneswar. After breakfast start your journey to Bhubaneswar, on the way we will also stop at Pipili a small and beautiful village that is admired because of the amazing appliqué work that displays items in bright and vibrant colors. The enchanting embroidery work done with the help of needles beautifies various items that are worth buying. We bet the shopper and art lover in you will not want to leave this place. Later we will visit Dhaulagiri or popularly known as Peace Pagoda on our way to Puri. It is one of the famous Buddhist destinations in India, where Mauryan Emperor Ashoka renounced the path of violence and embraced Buddhism, after witnessing the devastation of Kalinga war. Enjoy the last evening in the city of temples at leisure. Dinner and stay in Bhubaneswar hotel.

Today we will start our journey by visting the largest temple in Bhubaneswar the Lingaraj Temple. It is dedicated to Lord Shiva and was built in the 7th century by King Jajati Keshari. It is highly revered because of the fact that the Linga (a manifestation of Lord Shiva), is believed to have appeared naturally. We will also visit Mukteswar Temple and Rajarani Temple, the architecture of both temples will leave you mesmerized. Later, we will visit the old rock cut caves at Khandagiri that were excavated by King Kharavela of the Mahameghavahana Dynasty from the 2nd and 1st century BCE. A short trip to the Khandagiri caves will take you back to relive the culture and lifestyle of the Jain ascetics. These caves reflect the Jain austerity evident in the intricate detailing of their interiors. Spend the last evening in the city of temples at leisure. Dinner and stay in Bhubaneswar
