Important : Hotel rooms are subject to availability, In case of sold outs, alternative same category options will be provided. Cancellation Policy: Booking Amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour package. Cancellation requests be given in writing/ mail only. Prior to 46 or more days of tour departure Rs 25,000 + Special Component like Visa / Cruise / AirTicket once booked are Non Refundable Between 45 to 15 days of tour departure 75% of tour package cost + Special Component like Visa /Cruise / Air Ticket once booked are Non Refundable Between 15 days of tour departure 100% of tour package cost If the client is NO SHOW(failing to avail tour package) 100% of tour package cost
