Cosotrip ("Platform") is a marketplace connecting travelers and trip organizers. By accessing or using our Platform, you accept the following disclaimers, which outline the limitations of our responsibilities and the obligations of both Users and Hosts.

1. Platform Role

Cosotrip facilitates connections between travelers ("Users") and trip organizers ("Hosts") but does not organize, operate, or directly provide travel services.We perform basic verification of Hosts and trips but do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or safety of the listed trips. Users and Hosts bear full responsibility for all trip-related activities and decisions.

Cosotrip is not a party to any contract between the User and the Host. We are only a technology platform helping Hosts list and Travelers discover trips.

Using Cosotrip does not create any employer-employee, agent-principal, or partnership relationship between Cosotrip and any User or Host.

2. Limited Liability for Trips

Cosotrip is not liable for issues such as:

• Trip cancellations.
• Inaccurate trip details.
• Safety incidents during trips.
• Disputes between Users and Hosts.

Cosotrip acts solely as an intermediary and assumes no responsibility for transportation, accommodations, meals, or any other trip components.

Users agree to make bookings at their own risk. Cosotrip is not responsible for any personal injury, theft, financial loss, or dissatisfaction.

3. Cancellation Policies

Hosts select from the following cancellation policies:

• Flexible: Full refund up to 1 day before the balance payment date.
• Partial: 50% refund up to 1 day before the balance payment date.
• Strict: Non-refundable.

Refunds are subject to the policy chosen by the Host. Cosotrip’s liability is limited to the advance payment held until transferred to the Host.

Cosotrip does not decide or interfere with cancellation policies unless required by law or for safety issues. Cosotrip’s platform fees and convenience charges are non-refundable under all cancellation scenarios. Refunds are applicable only to the trip amount paid to the Host, subject to the cancellation policy.

4. Third-Party Payment Services

Payments are processed via third-party gateways. Cosotrip does not store sensitive payment data.

Cosotrip is not responsible for issues arising from payment processing, including delays or technical errors.

Any failure in payment processing or refunds due to third-party systems is beyond Cosotrip’s control and liability.

5. User-Generated Content

Hosts upload trip details, including images, and Users submit reviews. While we use automated and manual systems to prevent harmful or inappropriate content, no system is foolproof.

Users and Hosts must ensure their content complies with laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.

Cosotrip is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or consequences of user-uploaded content.

6. Insurance Services

Cosotrip does not currently offer travel insurance. Users are encouraged to purchase independent insurance for safety and financial protection.

Users acknowledge that they are solely responsible for obtaining any personal or trip-related insurance coverage.

7. Host Verification

Basic KYC verification is performed for Hosts. However, Users should exercise discretion as Cosotrip does not conduct comprehensive background checks.

"Verified" status indicates compliance with Cosotrip’s internal criteria but does not guarantee trip quality or safety.

Cosotrip does not guarantee the character, conduct, or ability of any Host. Users must rely on their own judgment, research, and reviews.

8. Global Accessibility

The Platform is available for download globally, but services may vary by region. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.

Cosotrip does not ensure legal compliance of services in each country or region. Use of the Platform from any location is entirely at the user’s own discretion and risk.

9. Platform Availability

Access to the Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or unforeseen issues. Cosotrip does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Cosotrip is not liable for any loss of access, data, or bookings due to downtime, technical errors, or outages.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between Users and Hosts should be resolved amicably. Cosotrip may mediate in certain cases but does not assume responsibility for final outcomes.

Any mediation offered by Cosotrip is non-binding. Cosotrip is not liable for the outcome of any user-to-user or host-to-user dispute.

11. Promoted Content

Hosts can boost and promote their listings. Cosotrip does not endorse or verify the accuracy of promoted content and is not liable for its outcomes.

Paid promotions are based solely on visibility, not validation or quality of the trip.

12. Future Services

Planned services such as travel insurance or merchandise promotions are not yet available. Separate terms will govern these features if introduced.

13. Governing Law

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.

By using the platform, you waive the right to bring claims in any other jurisdiction.

14. Updates to the Disclaimer

Cosotrip reserves the right to update this disclaimer at any time. Users and Hosts should review it periodically for changes.

15. No Guarantee of Trip Outcomes or Experiences

Cosotrip makes no guarantees about the availability, quality, timing, legality, or suitability of any trip listed on the Platform. The actual experience may differ from photos, descriptions, or expectations. Cosotrip does not guarantee that the Trip will meet a Traveler’s subjective expectations.

16. User Conduct and Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for their behavior and compliance with laws while using the Platform or participating in any trip. Cosotrip disclaims any liability for illegal, unsafe, or inappropriate conduct by Users or Hosts during or outside the trip.

17. Third-Party Services or Providers Disclaimer

Hosts may engage third-party providers such as guides, transportation services, or accommodation partners. Cosotrip does not vet or control these third parties and shall not be liable for their actions, errors, delays, or negligence.

18. Tax and Regulatory Compliance Disclaimer

Hosts are solely responsible for obtaining any applicable licenses, permits, and tax registrations required to conduct trips. Cosotrip does not monitor or enforce compliance and disclaims all liability arising from any host’s legal non-compliance.

19. Use at Own Risk

Use of the Platform, communication with other users, and participation in Trips are done entirely at your own risk. Cosotrip disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted access.

20. Limitation of Damages (Cap on Liability)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosotrip’s total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total fees paid to Cosotrip for the transaction in question or ₹5,000, whichever is lower.
