COSOTRIP – TERMS OF SERVICE

1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Cosotrip (“Platform”), operated by [Cosotrip Travel Technologies Private Limited]. By accessing or using Cosotrip’s website, mobile app, or related services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform.

2. DEFINITIONS

• “User” – Any person accessing or using the Platform, including Travelers and Hosts.
• “Traveler” – A User who books or participates in trips via the Platform.
• “Host” – A User who lists, organizes, or manages trips on the Platform.
• “Trip” – Any travel experience, activity, or service listed on Cosotrip.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using Cosotrip, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and comply with applicable laws.

4. USER ACCOUNTS

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

Cosotrip reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the Platform.

5. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

All bookings are subject to Host confirmation. Payment terms, refund policies, and cancellation conditions are outlined in our Payment Policy and the specific Host’s terms.

6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide accurate personal and payment information.
• Comply with local laws and regulations while participating in trips.
• Respect the rights, privacy, and safety of other Users and Hosts.

7. HOST RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that trip listings are accurate, complete, and lawful.
• Provide safe, professional, and timely services as described.
• Comply with applicable health, safety, and licensing requirements.

8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users must not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Engage in harassment, abuse, or discrimination.
• Violate intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Use the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

9. PLATFORM LIMITATIONS

Cosotrip acts solely as an intermediary connecting Travelers with Hosts. We do not own, operate, or manage trips and are not responsible for:

• Trip quality, safety, or suitability.
• Delays, cancellations, or changes by Hosts or third parties.
• Loss, injury, or damage during trips.

10. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellation and refund terms are specified in the Host’s listing and in our Payment Policy. Cosotrip’s platform fees are non-refundable.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Platform (logos, text, images, software) is the property of Cosotrip or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written consent.

12. LIABILITY LIMITATION

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosotrip is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or participation in trips.

Cosotrip’s total liability is limited to the platform fees you paid for the disputed booking or INR 5,000, whichever is lower.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cosotrip, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

14. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. Cosotrip is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such sites.

15. TERMINATION

Cosotrip may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms or applicable laws.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

17. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. If significant changes are made, we will notify Users via email or platform alerts. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
